Lucent Facility Cleaning is a working name for a commercial cleaning company launching in Henderson, Nevada. Co-owners Karla and Quaid are building a local operation with a practical, repeatable approach.
The founders have seen how missed areas, unclear procedures, and frequent staff changes can erode trust. Lucent’s goal is to make the work easier to understand through a site-specific scope, written checklists, and a clear path to raise issues.
The first sales focus is single-site small offices in Henderson, with select gyms as an adjacent fit. Lucent plans to expand only when staffing, training, insurance, equipment, and quality checks can support the next step.
The founders want to create stable jobs and opportunity. Pay progression, benefits, and any team bonus will be described only after terms and costs are confirmed; employment practices will follow applicable requirements.
